Prior to join Easyrent Realty, Janice gained experience as an Actuarial Analyst at an insurance company. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by immigrants in the United States. Leveraging her formidable analytical abilities, she can effectively scrutinize market trends, enabling her clients to gain a clearer comprehension of the real estate landscape.

Janice also played a pivotal role in successfully launching two startup companies, overseeing workflow establishment and team development. Her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable her to empathize with her clients' needs and facilitate their search for homes in New York and New Jersey.

Janice went to graduate school at Columbia University majoring in actuarial science and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California San Diego.
